Founded by James Schaffer, a seasoned CAD Drafter and Designer, the company was built on his passion for engineering, craftsmanship, and clear communication. After decades of working in construction and design across multiple industries, James created Arrow Drafting & Design to offer clients a more personal, reliable, and detail-driven approach to the drafting process.
James’s background includes blueprint analysis, on-site measurements, and technical drafting across multiple disciplines (from residential remodels to large-scale infrastructure). His leadership and hands-on approach ensure every project meets the highest standards, including accuracy, clarity, and craftsmanship.
